All in-stock items are shipped the same day, if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST, M-F. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.

Rush orders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST, M-F. For your order to qualify as a rush order, you must contact Customer Care immediately after you place your order and notify them that it is a rush. Rush orders apply only to in-stock items.  

All international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are paid for under the company DHL third party account.
